02. Professional Services
Fincore offers accounting, bookkeeping, corporate tax consulting, VAT compliance, anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, and corporate structuring services. Our services are conducted in accordance with the regulatory standards of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Federal Tax Authority (FTA). All deliverables, opinions, and consultation reports are for the internal use of the client and based on information provided by the client.
03. Client Obligations
To enable Fincore to perform services effectively, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely financial records, books, and information.
- Ensure all transactions reported comply with local laws and AML regulations.
- Notify us immediately of any material changes in your business operations, ownership, or registration status.
04. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, system structures, and proprietary materials on our website, including the Fincore logo, are the exclusive property of Fincore and are protected by UAE and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modifications are strictly prohibited.
05. Limitation of Liability
Fincore will perform services with reasonable professional care. However, we do not accept liability for financial penalties, interest charges, or tax liabilities imposed on you by the FTA due to inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed information provided by your business. Our maximum aggregate liability for any service failure is limited to the fees paid for that specific service.
06. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.
07. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
